Microsoft continued to enhance both Terminals for various purpose, but as the command-line Terminal was built a long time back in MS-DOS, hence keep on adding new features on an old module was not possible. It seems this menu option was removed on Windows 10 from the current terminals.
While we can always hope that someone has a workaround, I don't believe that's likely to be the case. Sometimes "negative" answers ("no") are unfortunately the only answer.
